How to produce fish maw ?

-To produce 1 kg of fish maw, one has to go through many stages. Specifically the following steps:

1. Peel off the outer layer of fish fat and turn the fish maw upside down to get the tendons and blood thread

2. After that, bring the fish maw soaked in salt for 1 day 1 night. Note that the product must be soaked in the prescribed environment to ensure the fish maw is clean and white
To dry the fish maw, they will be put in rubber tubes. Each tube will contain 4-5 pieces depending on the size of the fish maw.

3. Finally, take the fish maw out in the sun for 2 to 3 days until the finished product is clear white. If during the drying process, it rains, the fish maw will be dried in a specialized oven to ensure the best quality.
